Rockville Concierge Doctors is a modern-day, back-to-the-basics “mom and pop” operation, where we believe that the key to top-notch primary care is getting to know our patients, having the time to perform a careful history and physical exam, and coordinating care and advocating for our patients when specialists need to be involved. We provide personalized, patient-centered care for acute and chronic conditions, as well as preventive care for individuals throughout the adult lifespan, from young adulthood to middle age to the senior years.
Many of the people who join our practice have not had a concierge physician before and were motivated to look for one out of frustration with their insurance-based primary care practice. As a concierge primary care practice, we do not charge insurance. Rather, we charge patients a membership fee for the year, which includes unlimited visits. This allows us to limit our practice size, which in turn provides flexibility and allows us to spend more time per patient. If we need to order any testing or refer you to a specialist, we refer you to a place that accepts your insurance.

Many full-time primary care physicians who accept insurance care for 2,000-3,000 patients, which is why they can spend only 15-30 minutes per patient during an office visit.
At Rockville Concierge Doctors, we limit ourselves to 400 patients per physician, which allows us to spend up to 2 hours for a physical and at least 30 minutes for an acute illness visit or chronic care follow-up. We spend the time necessary to invest in your health and address any and all questions you might have.
We’re available to our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent issues. We can provide care over the phone or through our patient portal.
For people 39 years old and younger, we are unique in how we charge only $1,133/year. For younger patients, that means that for $3.10 per day - essentially the price of a cup of coffee - you can get the security of having a physician who gets to know you, who will help keep you healthy, and who will be there for you when you get sick.
In addition, our prices are very competitive for people 40 years old and older. Plus, we offer a 15% discount for up to one family member (assuming both are 40 years old or older).
Our yearly membership fee includes unlimited office visits.
We don’t accept insurance, which means there are no co-pays or co-insurance fees. This is different from many other concierge practices, which not only charge a yearly fee but also submit bills to insurance and therefore must collect co-pays. What's more, because we don't bill insurance, patients can submit to their insurance company a receipt for the value of care provided at each visit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Concierge medicine is extremely convenient, especially for busy professionals who are short on time and need to make appointments to fit their schedule. At Rockville Concierge Medicine, you can call and be seen within a day or two at most. Appointments are on time. Depending on the issue, we may even be able to diagnose and treat you over the phone or through the patient portal, without you having to come to the office.

As your primary care provider, we will take the time to get to know you and conduct a thorough health history so that we can identify any potential health risks based on previous illnesses or family history.
