In 2006, Dr. Aimee Seidman founded Rockville Concierge Doctors which became one of the first concierge medicine practices in Montgomery County to offer personalized primary care to residents of Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC. With over 30 years of experience as an internal medicine physician, Dr. Aimee Seidman is an expert in treating adults with acute and chronic illness and in preventive care.
Dr. Seidman is one of a select group of metro D.C. physicians inducted into the Washingtonian Magazine "Top Doctors" Hall of Fame. She is now accepting a limited number of new patients.

WHAT IS CONCIERGE MEDICINE?
A concierge medicine practice provides patients personalized medical care from their primary care physician, including 24/7 availability to their physician or an associate concierge physician. Patients in our practice can expect on-time, same-day or next-day appointments that aren’t rushed and are highly personalized.
We do not accept Medicare or private health insurance. Instead, we charge an annual membership fee which includes office visits. The number of patients we see is limited to less than 20% of a traditional medical practice which allows us the unrushed time needed to truly invest in each patient's care and to get to know each patient as a person.

We will take the time to get to know you and your health history thoroughly, and address your unique concerns, while working with you to help you achieve and maintain your personal level of optimal health.
PRIMARY CARE FOR OUR PATIENT'S WHEN THEY NEED IT
Our patients who have a medical concern can call us and we will make sure they are seen the same day or next day during normal weekday business hours. They can also call their physician's cell phone number, or reach them by the patient portal, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year.

Our affordable annual membership fees, which are age-based, are reflective of the value of the care, service and experience we provide each of our patients. We offer discounts for younger patients and for immediate family of a current member.
